The first MicroMPX decoder in hardware, from Omnia. You can see it in action either on the Telos/Omnia booth or at the Thimeo booth. MicroMPX 2 is the updated version of our codec to send the full composite FM signal, including pilot and RDS, from studio to transmitter with perfect peak control and no MPEG-like artifacts (watery sound) using only 320 kbit/s.WatchCat: More features!Process and normalize audio and video files in watch folders. Now supports multiple input directories, and for each input directory, multiple output directories with different processing presets, normalization targets and audio codecs, and the ability to add custom tasks via scripting. MicroMPX can also generate MPX files, which can be used for example as backup files for MicroMPX. Recent audio improvements in Stereo Tool: Post 2/4 (this week). If you're using the Analog Compressors in RMS mode, setting the new RMS size parameter will make it behave nicer and generate more consistent output. Available since version 9.23.Until now, the Analog Compressor mode could overreact to very extreme sounds.

That's not strange or unexpected, you're asking it to handle an extremely loud sound, so it moves down. While this effect is pretty rare, it wa. S noticeable in certain tracks: After a very loud S sound for example, there could be a too big drop in the level of the high frequencies. Using RMS size gives the compressor extra information which allows it to stop attacking and start releasing faster, sometimes even before the S is completely finished. And in total it actually moves less than before. The image here shows a few seconds of the output of the highest multiband band on the song 'Liverpool Rain' by Raccoon, which has some extremely loud some S sounds, with a 1:3 ratio (which is why the S is still much louder than the rest). The top image is the output without RMS size, the bottom image uses an RMS size of 15 ms. What you can see is that the S sound itself is handled exactly the same in both cases, but afterwards the highs are about 3 dB louder higs when using the RMS size parameter. We have added a similar feature to the AGC, and we are planning to add something like this to Auto EQ/Bass EQ in the next release.

Harga buku orhan pamuk. Recent audio improvements in Stereo Tool: Post 1/4 (for this week): A big improvement to the final clipper, mainly for FM but also for streaming. The clipper in Stereo Tool was already very loud and very clean, but there was one thing that we only recently found out it wasn't, when driven very hard: Flat.Since Stereo Tool 9.22, the final clipper is much flatter in frequency response than before. The first image shows the output spectrum of an extremely loud (+30 dB) tone at.

10 kHz on top of white noise, with FM pre-emhpasized clipping. The cyan graph shows the output prior to 9.22, the purple graph is the 9.22 output. This is with extreme test signals, the second image shows the (much smaller, but still very noticeable) effect on a short moment of music around 5 kHz.The effects on the audio are:- It sounds much tighter- Mid-highs are far better controlled than before (they were pushed down by the highest highs before)- The clipper can handle far more highs before getting in trouble- Which also means that you can clip harder than before and still sound goodIf you're still using an older version, it's time to update to the latest version (9.23)! As always, updating is free. Stereo Tool 9 is available! Most important changes:- New processing core, quality upto 150% now possible.- New Symmetric RMS compressors mode that sounds much better.- New Symmetric Peak compressor mode.- Added Bass EQ, similar to Auto EQ but for bass.- Added Basstardizer (replacement of Bass Boost).- Added simple (traditional) Bass Clipper that generates harmonics.- AGC: Much nicer attack/release behavior.- Auto EQ: Fixed overreacting to sudden loud sounds.- Advanced Clipper: 'Bass Distortion Protection' no longer kills mid-bass.- Added 4K GUI support.
