I have a new user i need to setup a new computer but when i try to add his email account to Outlook 2016 upon loading the application should crash. I have tried to repair MS Office, uninstalled and reinstalled a new copy. Did a clean boot and still the same. I ended up taking up a fresh installed system and loaded only MS Office 2016 and tried to add his email account and still Outlook would crash. I tried a different email account on both the computer and it seems to be working perfectly fine. When i try to switch on the troubled account the issue occurs again. I have Windows 10 64-bit and MS Office Standard 2016 64-bit.
