I've actually just re-done my desk setup to move my new laptop in front of my main monitor primarily because I want to use the touchpad rather than a mouse.I've been down the Magic Trackpad route, and I own an old Logitech T650 which was almost the perfect device if Logitech would have just continued development. I feel like this is a missed opportunity - in part I think because the PC market has a bias towards the mouse as the only interface tool.
